Federal Prosecutors are targeting bud dispensaries claiming that Federal law trumps State laws on marijuana laws. So? Which special interest group are they working with that agenda?
I don't know what the statistics are for criminal behavior in neighborhoods where pot is dispensed through a bud store. But I know what its like where its dispensed on the streets. The argument for legalization is not unlike the argument for legalized abortions; its healthier and safer.
So what else? Well, the State of California is considering levying a hefty tax on users. Businesses are leaving California in droves; we are on top of the mortgage debacle with property foreclosures. Our state is in real economic trouble and unemployment is off the chart. Marijuana growing is a wonderful way to celebrate our California State of Bud.Not only do we grow some of the best - we have a lifestyle that seriously promotes a good buzz!
And we are the mecca for foreigners who come here to get their green cards = Marijuana dispensary cards! Its eco-tourism at its finest.
So what is wrong with this picture??
